Blurs the partner's site behind the chat. Most visible on the Full Panel layout.
Voice chat
Show the hands-free voice button so guests can talk with the AI out loud. Turn off to hide it.
Enable sound notifications
Play a soft tone when a new message arrives.
Show pop-up message preview
Show a preview bubble of the most recent agent message.

Existing greeting popup settings (popup logo, size, alignment, position, spacing) are preserved as in current production. Detailed UI is omitted in this prototype to keep focus on the redesigned controls.

Ask for rating after conversation ends
Prompt for a 1–5 star rating when the chat closes.
Disable text input (for all languages)
Paste your GA4 ID (G-XXXXXXXXXX) or GTM container ID (GTM-XXXXXXX) to route chat events into your own analytics.

Standalone components partners drop into their own website. Each is its own div tag in the install snippet — they can be placed independently.
